Had a good experience with my treatment at the clinic. Dr Ain explained everything well and made me feel comfortable throughout the procedure. The beauty consultant (Ayu) pun very friendly and helpful, and the therapist (Fira) was really attentive during the treatment.

This was actually my first ever aesthetic treatment, so honestly I was extremely nervous & scared 🥶

Dr Azizi was excellent during the consultation. He explained everything very clearly & in a way that was easy to understand, which was really helpful especially for a newbie like me. I felt much more reassured after speaking to him. Big thanks Dr! 🙏🏻

Ayu was actually the first person who guided me in the right direction. Initially I came in quite clueless & had already chosen a treatment without really knowing what my actual skin concerns were. She was the one who encouraged me to see the doctor first & understand my skin needs before deciding on anything. I’m glad she did!! I was guided & treated based on my actual needs, rather than simply choosing a treatment on my own. TQ Ayu! 🤍

And Fira… she was amazing!! She was so gentle & patient throughout the procedure. She knew I was super nervous & manja sangat, especially worried about the pain 😂, so she kept making sure I was comfortable throughout the whole treatment. Tq so much Fira! 🫶🏻
